Orders & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We strive to ship all orders within 24–48 business hours from our warehouse in Cookeville, TN. During holidays, sales, or peak periods, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! You can select Two-Day or Next-Day shipping at checkout. Please note that processing time still applies.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

Where do your products ship from?

All orders are shipped from our location in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns for refund within 14 days, and accept returns for exchange/store credit within 21 days. 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. They must be unworn, free of stains or odors, and have all original tags attached. If we receive a return that does not meet these requirements, we will be unable to accept it, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer prepaid return labels?

Yes, you can request a prepaid label from us. If you choose a refund to your original payment method, we’ll deduct the return label fee. If you opt for store credit, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, you may exchange your item or opt for store credit within 21 days of purchase.

What if I received a damaged item?

Please email info@remiandcapri.com with the subject line "Damaged Item" and include your name, order number, and clear photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Yes, most items are true to size. However, we recommend checking individual product descriptions for any sizing notes. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance!

How do I care for my Remi & Capri items?

Most of our clothing is machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend laying flat to dry or tumble drying on low to maintain quality and softness.
