Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 21 days of your purchase date.
Before sending back your item, please submit a return request for approval. Once approved, you can either ship the item at your convenience or request a prepaid return label from us.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you request a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. However, if you opt for store credit, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must be unworn, free of odors and stains, with all tags attached.
- If a return is received in unsatisfactory condition and cannot be accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have it sent back to you.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@remiandcapri.com with the subject line "Damaged Item" and include the following:
- Your name
- Email address
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
